We are pleased to announce that the District 34 Fall Luncheon will be held again at the Cardinal Golf Club.Come out and enjoy a delicious lunch at this lovely venue with friends and former colleagues.

A Note from the Webmaster:

General  Instructions  for Email Registration

  1. Copy the registration for to your desk top before filling it in,
  2. Close the on line version and open the one that you copied to your desktop.
  3. Complete the desktop version.
  4. You may print a copy for your records by using the  “PRINT” at the  button on the completed form or you can clear all your entries by using the “CLEAR” button.
  5. The method that you use to submit the form will vary depending on your operating system.


Windows Users
Activate the “SUBMIT” button when you are sure that your form is complete and accurate. You will get a pop-up box asking you how you wish to send the form. Everything should work fine if you accept the ‘DEFAULT” option. An email will open addressed to three executive members. Send the email.

Apple Users
If you are using an Apple computer, you will have to use a third party email service such as Gmail. If you do not have an email service other that the Apple version, I’m afraid you’re out of luck. Print your form and send it by “snail mail”.

If you use an Apple, after you have followed the general instructions above, activate the “SUBMIT” button. When a box opens asking you how to send the form use your third party mail service by clicking “Other” and selecting it from the list of alternate services.  When the email appears, just send it.
